The best 5G-supported Android phone depends on whether you prioritize a built-in stylus, a large display, camera features, or clearly stated 5G connectivity. The Samsung Galaxy A17 5G and Cricket Dream 5G explicitly identify 5G in their product details. The 2026 Moto G Stylus 5G also names 5G in its title. For the 2026 Moto G Power and Moto G Stylus, the supplied details do not confirm 5G, so check the listing and carrier compatibility before buying.

Motorola Moto G Stylus 5G (2026)
Best for: Buyers who want a named 5G phone with a built-in stylus for everyday writing, photo editing, sketching, and navigation. Its listed configuration is unlocked and includes 8GB of memory and 128GB of storage.
The 6.7-inch pOLED display and Dolby Atmos are listed for video and audio entertainment. Its 50MP camera includes optical image stabilization, a feature intended to help reduce blur in photos and smooth video. The stylus and stabilization make this a distinct option among the phones here.
Limitation: Choose another model if you do not expect to use a stylus. Check that the phone supports your carrier’s network bands and service before ordering; the supplied features do not list specific bands.
Motorola Moto G Power (2026)
Best for: Buyers who value a large screen and battery features. The listed phone has a 6.8-inch 120Hz display, stereo speakers with bass boost, and a 5,000mAh battery. The feature list also mentions TurboPower charging and wireless charging.
The product details describe the phone as unlocked and state compatibility with major U.S. carriers, including Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile. That makes it a candidate for shoppers comparing carrier flexibility, but carrier service can still depend on the exact model and network.
5G check: The supplied name and features do not explicitly confirm 5G support. Do not choose this as a confirmed 5G phone unless the current listing or Motorola verifies 5G compatibility for the exact model.
Motorola Moto G Stylus (2026)
Best for: Shoppers seeking a newer stylus-focused Motorola with 8GB of memory and 256GB of storage listed. The built-in stylus supports notes, photo editing, sketching, and navigation, making it useful for people who prefer writing or drawing directly on a phone.
The listing highlights an ultrathin design, vegan leather finish, and water and drop protection. It is described as unlocked and compatible with major U.S. carriers, including Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile. These details make it a better fit for buyers who prioritize stylus use and design over the explicitly listed audio and camera features of the 2026 model.
Limitation: The provided product details do not explicitly state 5G support or give a specific protection rating. Confirm both details if they are important to your purchase.
Samsung Galaxy A17 5G
Best for: Buyers who want a Samsung phone with 5G in the product name, a 6.7-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED screen, and a triple-lens camera. Its display is a key reason to consider it for video, recipes, browsing, and video calls.
The listed features include Super Fast Charging and cameras intended for wide family photos and close-up shots. The product is identified as a 128GB U.S. phone. Choose it if screen type and a multi-camera setup matter more than a built-in stylus.
Limitation: The provided feature list does not specify battery capacity, charging time, or individual camera resolutions. Review the complete listing for those details and confirm carrier support for your location.
Cricket Dream 5G
Best for: Buyers comparing a large-screen phone with explicitly listed 5G connectivity. The product details name a Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 5G processor and a 6.8-inch HD+ display. Storage is listed as 64GB.
Its camera details include a 48MP triple rear camera system and a 13MP front-facing camera. The listing calls the phone GSM unlocked, but that description alone does not establish compatibility with every U.S. carrier or plan.
Limitation: The 64GB storage capacity is lower than the listed 128GB and 256GB options of some other phones in this guide. Check available storage and carrier eligibility before choosing it.
Buying Guide: How To Choose A 5G Android Phone
Does the listing explicitly confirm 5G?
Start with the exact model name and specifications. In this selection, the Samsung Galaxy A17 5G, Cricket Dream 5G, and Moto G Stylus 5G (2026) identify 5G in the provided information. The 2026 Moto G Power and Moto G Stylus details supplied here do not. Confirm the model’s network support before treating either as a 5G choice.
Will it work with your U.S. carrier?
Unlocked status does not guarantee support for every carrier band, plan, or service feature. Check the exact model number against your carrier’s compatibility information. This is especially important when a listing says “GSM unlocked” or gives broad compatibility language without listing network bands.
Which screen and features fit your routine?
Compare screen size and type as well as the extra features you will actually use. The Galaxy A17 lists a Super AMOLED display; the Moto G Power lists a 120Hz display; the stylus models add direct writing and drawing. The Cricket Dream offers a large HD+ screen, but the provided details do not specify a high-refresh rate.
How much storage do you need?
The listed capacities range from 64GB on the Cricket Dream to 128GB on several models and 256GB on the 2026 Moto G Stylus. Consider how many apps, photos, and videos you keep on the phone. The supplied details do not establish whether storage can be expanded, so verify that separately if it matters.
